Dear sandhya,
Most companies, will allot the pf number of newly joining employees even at the time of preparation of salary itself. of late, they can allot the same till they furnish the pf returns Form 5 and 12A. So, you can ask the HR/Personnel department for the pf number. You can ask them continuously and you will defenitely you will get. ok?

Hi Sandhya,
Its not mandatory to have the Employee PF code same as that of his/her employee code. Employee code could be anything.
PF Code can only be told by your employer. There is no way you can guess your no. Generally the no. is printed on your payslip.
You should ask your HR Official for the same and in case of no reply, forward a written request for the same and get its acknowledgement.
Do you have any proof that PF is being deducted from your salary?
thanx

Dear Sandhya
Since u r working from last 1 yr they have to have file return for ur PF
and as far as Accounts department is concerned I dont think the company can run without accounts deptt.
They may be outsourcing accounts deptt.
U can call up PF office directly to ask about the details

Hi All
what if the company she is working with has not opened their PF account
Then i think she has to register a complaint with the PF office
if your company has more than 20 employees then you will receive your PF
not soon but surely you will receive it
Just make a complaint at the PF office
