Dear HR Folks,
Please find attached the P.F. monthly and yearly returns sheet. Below is an explanation of the data handling process:
- Database: Enter P.F. Code, name of the employees, and their respective basic salary in the designated fields.
- Challan: Update the cell address every month with the data from the database.
- Form 12A: No changes required as it automatically updates with the Challan figures.
- Form 6A: Copy and paste the Employee Code and Employee name from the database sheet to compile the yearly contribution of each employee.
- Monthly Covering letter: No changes needed as it is based on the Challan data.
- Yearly returns covering letter: No modifications necessary.
- Challan yearly: No changes needed as it is derived from the database.
I believe this process is clear to everyone and will provide convenience for monthly and yearly returns. By dedicating just half an hour monthly, you can generate the required output efficiently.
For any queries, please feel free to contact me at 09959499969.
