Foreman is a supervisory staff, and his KRA and KPI should be based on his expected deliverables as decided by the management according to the nature of his job.

Fabricators, welders, fitters, helpers, etc., may have their KRA and KPI determined by their Daily Routine Work (DRW) and other criteria such as attendance, punctuality, behavior, etc.
