hi, i have joined a startup organization, here no training is planned for the development of Tele caller. can you please advise what training to be conducted for the under performers to develop their skills and get the calls conveted into sales.

How can you term somebody as under-performer ? Have you set any bench-marks ? Are there any Performance Indicators or measurement criteria ? You should have a strong training system and make the newcomers aware of these benchmarks, give them inputs, collect customer rating of the telecallers and then identify who has performed well or otherwise.
