Exit Interview Grievance & Suggestion...? Is it any grievance or suggestion made by a departing employee during their exit interview? If the grievance is legitimate, conduct an inquiry and implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues from arising again. If it is a suggestion, review the feedback and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Take the grievance first. See if there is any merit in it. If you don't find any merit in it, drop it. If it has some sense, then conduct a preliminary inquiry and prepare a report based on that and submit it as a proposal to the management.

Take the suggestion. Depending upon the nature of the suggestion, involve other persons and brainstorm ideas and then submit a report based on that as a suggestion to the management.

I don't know what else do you expect. Please elaborate.
