I had worked in an IT company for 2 years from May 2007 but declared absconding and was terminated by the company in March 2009. I was unwell and was not able to get this done as per their timelines, and my manager didn't cooperate at that time. I had contacted the company physically on various occasions to get FNF done later. Also, I tried in 2015 lastly through emails. But they didn't respond then. I restarted my career in a different domain after that. Recently, I started my career again in IT and have been working there for 2 years. Now I have received offer letters from some big companies. Will that impact my BGV in the future organizations?
