Every organization is different, with a wide range of differing requirements, organizational arrangements, company setup, etc.
If you were to go to Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet, Vistara, etc., you would find they all have differing policies. There will be some basic policies that take into account legal requirements that ALL Indian companies need to observe, but outside of that, companies decide their policies based on THEIR circumstances and all the regulations that the particular industry operates under.
If you do not have the skills to undertake this work, you will need to either outsource or employ a person qualified to do it.

Yes, I know every company has their different policies. But I wanted to get an overview to be double sure. It's not like I don't have the ability. I just don't want to make a mistake. And there's nothing wrong with getting help. If your work is getting more effective with help, then you should not hesitate at all in asking for help.

Dear Saara,
Preparing the policies is a time-consuming activity. It requires a lot of spadework.
Therefore, I doubt someone who has spent hours developing something will share it for free on a public forum.
Secondly, the organization's policies reflect the philosophy of the organization. We, as members of this organization, are outsiders. What will we know about your company?
Thirdly, what is available for free in the public domain could also be cheap. It may not serve your purpose.
Lastly, if you want to validate your work, it's better to hire a competent consultant. In the zeal to become popular, someone may share something; however, as stated earlier, the quality of the work could be questionable.
Thanks,

There is nothing called 'Free Lunch' in this world. As my professional friends opined above, there is a cost involved in everything, as everyone has their own priorities cut out. It is a time-consuming process. Even an external consultant has to spend his resources to get what you want. A corporate consulting entity may charge you a bomb, but an individual like me, without any overheads, may charge less and provide you the information at a lesser cost and also faster. Best wishes.
