Here is a transfer of employees from one establishment to another establishment. They are about 200 employees. While inserting the details of the employees in EPFO site, the date of joining in old establishment mentioned instead of new establishment date of joining. How to rectify this mistake?

Can You Please submit the Joint declaration form by the member and the employer to concern PF office after correction by the PF office you have to proceed further process. But it will take little time.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. If it is for few employees we can do it through joint declaration. Since it is for 200 or more, can we do in any alternative way. Please suggest if you have any idea.

Actually PF office will insist for joint declaration form only member wise. However as an alternative employer can submit Undertaking cum declaration letter to PF office and attach the list of the employees along with PF number. Please discuss with your area PF office and check whether they will accept it and then process.
