Hi all,
I am having doubts regarding the possibility of doing full-time employment with a company while studying at a college (Btech) in India. If the company agrees, the student would be able to study in parallel, attend classes, exams, etc., while working in the company. Can company work be done remotely?

Hi,
You have the option of doing your B.Tech part-time during weekends while working full-time employment, but that is also subject to prior approval from the employer. Most employers are allowing their employees to pursue their degree or postgraduate degree with the explicit condition that their studies should not disturb their work process.

This is a question you need to discuss with your employer, not us.
We do not work for your organization, so we have no idea what their thoughts would be on such an arrangement.
A lot would depend on how you could effectively manage the job workload and the study workload - along with managing your normal life and its requirements - especially if you have a family.
It's more than likely a given that your employer will expect you to devote 100% effort to your job; after all, he is paying your salary.
