Dear all, I submitted my resignation I clearly mentioned my last day of work, I am ready to serve my notice period, but still, my resignation is not accepted, I don't want to work in this company is there any methods to get relieved, they are not responding anything, please guide me to get relieved from this company, no bond between me and the company.

If you have resigned (and there is proof of that, so don't rely on email sent from your official mail), then as long as you are fulfilling the conditions of notice pay, you can leave on the specified last working day. The acceptance of the resignation is not mandatory.

Your notice of resignation and proof of working till the last of the notice period is normally accepted as proof by most organisations if you tell them they refused to relieve you.

But you should call and speak to the HR head and try to get a clean relieving letter as it is always better for BVG and its good to leave on good terms
