I'm an experienced person in HR Recruitment, and I have recently joined a new company where I am responsible for overseeing all HR activities. I am feeling a bit confused about how to create HR policies for a startup company and what checklists I need to maintain. Our company operates in the Logistics (Supply Chain Management) industry. Can anyone please advise me on the mandatory HR policies and checklists that need to be followed in an organization?
