I just wanted to know if there is any age limit to become an HR Recruiter. I have applied to many places for HR Recruitment. I was associated with my father in his small-scale business as a helping hand, and I wanted to handle that business on my own. Due to certain reasons, we have wound up that business. Now, I want to make my career in HR Recruitment. However, when I mention my age to potential employers, they do not consider me for the relevant positions. Is there any specific law in the Companies Act regarding working as a fresher after several years of completing graduation? Can I take legal action against them? Please help me with your valuable suggestions.
