Respected Professional. I just wanted to know this i have applied at so many places for Hr Recruitment. As i was associated with my father into his small scale business as a helping hand and i too wanted to handle that business on my own but due certain reason we have winded up that business. Now I want to make my career into Hr Recruitment and i have applied through some many job portals but when i tell them about my age they don't consider me for the relevant position.
Is there any specific law in Companies Act for working as fresher after several of completion of your graduation.... and also can i go ahead and take any action by suing on them legally.
Please help im indeed in the need of your help in the form of positive and valuable suggestion.
