Your nominations can be given to both parents and a spouse; there is no restriction on any nomination that it should be given only to the spouse.
Please mention the details of the nomination and the percentage shared by the nominees in all declaration forms like gratuity (Form F), PF (Form 2 Revised), and if your organization has GMC (Group Medical Coverage), you can submit separate nominations as per the format issued by the organization.
