Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information. Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question. Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at research projects and my post at Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. I have copied the post by Sayansayu at questionnaire or welfare measures - reg.
Hello friends.... Situation will make us do things... We all are in search of capsules, right? I also made an attempt, a shortcut for easily getting the questionnaire but I failed. I found all types of questionnaires here but not on our topic. It was very urgent for me, and there were no options at all. At last, lazy Sayana also decided to prepare a questionnaire by herself, and I did. For that, I referred to the factory act of welfare measure, company profile, their welfare facilities, questionnaire formats available here, etc. All the time of my experience shows that we become lazy because of the facilities available to us. Actually, all this is meant to make us more capable, but we are misusing these facilities. I am also in that list.
At first, I got irritated when I read the reply by the moderator Mr. Nashbramhall, advising not to expect someone else to send a questionnaire. At that time, I thought for what purpose is this CiteHr for. Anyway, I know you people are also like me, so I am attaching my questionnaire with regard to welfare measures. I don't know how much I succeeded in preparing these questionnaires, but I hope it will also be helpful to you dudes.

Nash, I am actually looking for feedback from the employees in the IT department of the company where I work as an HR professional. This is a software company. Surprisingly, I am unable to find a form specifically for the IT department, although I was able to find forms for all the other departments.
Could you kindly provide me with some hints on how to start preparing the feedback form? It would be helpful if you could share your thoughts on what an employee might expect from the IT department and the best possible areas where the IT department can serve the employees. I hope I have explained my request clearly this time.

Hi Raj,
You may not be able to find a ready-made questionnaire. You have to search and adapt what is available. I am repeating a bit of an extract from the above message that I posted. By the way, I have signed the message as Simhan (Short for Narasimhan); nashbramhall is my citeHr ID. If you access and digest my postings and prepare a draft questionnaire, I will certainly give you feedback.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparations for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question. Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at <link outdated-removed> and my post at <link no longer exists - removed>. A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology.
Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html. Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
