These laws include the Standing Orders Act of 1946, the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947, the Minimum Wages Act of 1948, the Payment of Wages Act of 1936, the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act of 1952, the Payment of Bonus Act of 1965, the Payment of Gratuity Act of 1972, and the State National & Festival Holidays Act, among others.
