Hello, I am an HR professional in a Private Limited Company. We hire consultants or contractors in our company. My question is, we do not provide salary slips to them as they are not our employees; however, we deduct their TDS. Can we issue an experience certificate to these consultants/contractors? Would it be appropriate to mention the basic salary and TDS deductions in that certificate?
