I resigned during my probation period, using my right that clause of the employment agreement gave me. It said, "in case of an employee wants to leave the organization, has to give one month notice period prior to 1 month".
Now HRs have taken this on their personal ego and trying to trap me by sending various notices as if I stole something from the company. Asking me to pay 6 months CTC to the company, even though I received only 2 days till I resigned. The contention of the HR was evident from her frightening behavior to hold me in the company till the probation period lapses, and then after trapping me till 1 year in her company in which I was not all interested to spare my time.
Is probationer always a culprit? What are his rights for his safeguards if his previous employer tries to throw tantrums and unnecessarily harasses an employee who was never a confirmed-employee during tenure with office??
