Dear Sir,
I have been employed with an MNC since April of last year, and in the month of May, the company hired a new GM who has been changing the rules as he goes. He is refusing to confirm my employment and make me permanent in the company. I took my PL at the end of December for 10 days. I have requested my LTA, but he is refusing to give me my dues. LTA and bonus are mentioned in my employment letter as part of my CTC. I would like to know, even though he hasn't given me a letter stating why my probation period is extended, can he stop my dues that the company owes me?

No, he can't do so as the components have been mentioned in your employment letter which I believe has been signed by the authorized signatory. Also, if in case he is not confirming you, then you have the right to ask for the reasons for the extension of the probation period. It is not possible that they don't confirm you without an extension of the probation period. Also, they need to provide a letter "Extension of Probation."
