Pending labor case in the high court of a terminated employee from the past 3 years.
He called and told today that approve his bank details and Aadhar in EPFO. Can the employer ignore it or should he do it.
Any problems if he ignores it?

Employer can ask for a request letter with the copies of documents, self attested before approving the same with DSC

He is not providing the self attested copies, what to do sir?

without documents the employer is not bound to approve, on further communication ask the employee to make formal request with copies of documents,
employer can not deny to approve, but if anything wrong seeded by employee, then the burden would be on heads of employer as DSC verification is done by him
DSC verification is just like attestation of documents by a gazatted officer, who does not put signature without documents
