EPF KYC of few of the employees' joined in the year 2016 are not digitally approved yet. Since, KYC is not approved and also, the names in EPF and Aadhar are not matching, they are unable to even activate their UAN.
Their names are not seen in the 'approve pending KYC' list also.
How to approve their KYC? Where will I find their KYC details to approve ? Please advice.

ask them to upload their KYC documents from their member portal, then it will appear on employer’s portal for approval they have not submitted complete documents yet
Thank You Sir for the reply. But, the employees are unable to login to their account due to name mismatch. The aadhar name and PF name is different. So, they are unable to even activate their UAN.
