Dear Raghu,
Very good information shared. Many times Ergonomics is considered for offices layouts chairs etc.
However it is applicable in the work shops and necessary to have Ergonomically Designed work places.
Very well covered in the attachments uploaded by you.

Kudos. It's great thing happened to some of our members. Infact many wouldn't know what's all about Ergonomics. As a person associated with Industrial Diseases for many years I know personally the importance of the Ergonomics in work places. I believe major causes for some of the industrial sickness in workmen are related to Ergonomics. Hopefully many of our members may contribute to this subject in due course. Let me also add a few in the days to come.

It's true that the term ergonomics is not familiar to everyone, regardless of the sector in which you might be working. However, the fact remains that everyone is concerned about what the correct working posture should be. I am also working on the same topic.
If you could suggest a questionnaire for banking employees regarding the impact of ergonomics in the workplace, that would be greatly appreciated.
