My pension amount from Form 10C got rejected, and the reason given is that it was settled on 16/9/2016. However, I did not apply for PF, and my service is around 5 years. I am confused why I received this reason. I would appreciate some advice on this matter.

Please check your claim status on your UAN number, if found any settlement clarify that was done by you or not, if not by you just raise a grievance to epf office.

Check your service history first. Check the details of all your withdrawals. Check if you have left the company and rejoined again, but the second time your reregistration is done or not. Check your claim status. If with all such details, you feel are not found on the portal, please personally visit the EPF office.

Since 5 years, I have been applying for PF. I received an amount of 19, but 10 got rejected. I applied for a reason, and it was settled, but the money was not deposited into my account. After that, I applied many times but kept receiving the same response that my claim was settled. Finally, I went to the PF office and approached the officer who rejected my claim. I explained everything to him, showing that I didn't receive the money in my account. He said, "Okay, apply for the Form 10C again, and I will approve it now." So, I reapplied, but it got rejected again. I don't know what to do now. I have applied 5 times up to now.
