I resigned the job in mar '18th 2012, i worked there for 3 months. Now i want to know when should i give the form 10c & 19 and i want to know whether both forms should i give or not and is there any time limit to give the forms.

You can get amount only of your contribution only, you have to fill and submit the pf aplication forms after 60 days of your releving date, and you can transfer the amounts by applying the Form 13 to present organisaiton so that you can get the employer contribution also, need some guidaence you may reach

dear laxmi i think your attention is that if any employee work less than six month than he can claim only 12%+3.67% am i correct?

just fill up both form 19 & 10 c the epf department will send u one checqu of form 19 and the form 10 c he will return to u coz u have less then 6 month service. Keep up this form 10c with u . If u will die ( may be ) before 58 years of age then urs family can get the pension for whole life for urs 3 month service the form 10 c .

Dear Suresh You can claim pf amount but you can not claim pension amount. You must work for minimum 6 months.After 18th May12 only you can submit the Form V.SUBBARAO 9841103098

Hi,
From the date of leaving , waiting period is of 2 month. After that you can apply for form 19 , As far as 10c is concern you are not eligible for that because service period is required minimum of 6 month.

This is sudhir as per the question i will tell you the correct answer first of all after resigning the company they wil take the D.O.L (date of left) so that they wil submit form10 and it wil take 45 days time and your not eligible for form10C because you should work minimum 6 monhs for the pension fund eligible.the claim is only for employee contribution.
