If my UAN account contains only my bank account details submitted by my previous employer and no Aadhaar number, can I withdraw my EPF money using the new Form 19 (UAN) and Form 10C (UAN)? Or is Aadhaar linking mandatory?

Dear Modip,
Now UAN number is mandatory for PF withdrawal. EPF department does not accept any withdrawal form without a UAN number; they will reject your form. Therefore, you must contact your employer/HR Department to allocate your UAN number and include it on your withdrawal form before submitting it.
Another important update is that there is no longer a need to have your forms and documents attested by your employer. Your withdrawal form and documents should be self-attested. However, you may encounter difficulties in clearing your dues for 10C (pension fund) due to earlier instructions issued by the Government Department.
Please ensure compliance with these new requirements to avoid any delays in your PF withdrawal process.

Linking of Aadhar number is not mandatory There was a Supreme Court order followed by a circular from PF to that effect

Dear Rakesh,
Thank you for your reply! My UAN has already been activated. The issue is my Aadhar number is not linked with my UAN account. Although, my bank account number is linked and approved by the employer. Can I use the new Form 19 (UAN) for withdrawal of my PF money in this case?

Dear Modip,
You can update your KYC details, including Aadhaar number, by yourself after logging in under the employee portal of the EPF website. All you need to do is create a login ID (i.e., your UAN number will be your user ID) and password. When registering with the EPF website, provide a correct mobile number to receive an OTP for UAN employee login activation. After logging in, you can also submit your claim online. Keep your previous employer updated to approve settlement within 15 days from the date of lodging your withdrawal or transfer claim.
Hope this information helps you!
