Please attach Form 10C and Form 19 for PF withdrawal. This is urgently required. How long does it take for the money to be credited to my account once the papers are sent to them? Please reply. Thank you.

Hi, I have enclosed the desired forms. It takes at least 45 days to get your and your contribution credited to your bank account. You can withdraw money using forms 19 and 10C of EPF. Just fill out the forms and submit them to your last employer. The authorized signatory at your organization will stamp and sign the forms. Three forms, namely Form 3A (revised), Form 5, and Form 10, will also be enclosed with this withdrawal form. These forms provide information about the contributions made by you and your organization and confirm your date of joining and leaving the organization.

You need to fill in your bank account number where you would like the EPF department to deposit your and your employer's PF contributions with interest. Furthermore, if your employer doesn't sign the form for any reason, you can have the form signed by a gazetted officer.

Thanks and have a great weekend,
