You may begin with implementing provisions of the SHWW (P, P & R) Act 2013 which will include the following:
1. By an order in writing, constitute the mandatory Internal Committees comprising of 4 Members with its Presiding Officer being a Woman-Employee at a Senior Level & 50% of the total 4 being nominated from amongst employees at your workplace/establishment.
2. Organize mandatory training workshops for the IC Members as per Section 19 of the Act.
3. Organize compulsory Employee Awareness Programs to sensitize them about what is Sexual Harassment, IC, how to file SH complaints, etc.
I and my team conduct these mandatory programs which must be reported to law enforcement authorities.
