No problem. Good companies will not make any negative remarks in BGV, unless you have been punished for severe misconduct which affected company’s property or company’s image.

Hi!
Normally absenteeism of 3 days is not considered to be of long duration and it should not create any problem. However, whenever one is intending to take leave, may be in the situation of emergencies, the individual employee is supposed to inform his immediate controlling officer, preferably through a message or e-mail. Further, in the case of long leave it is expected of the employee to inform his Office well in advance.

Dear ANNONYMOUS
If you have joined back the organisation and sorted this out with your current managers then it should not be any cause of concern
But if the absenteeism has been followed up with any disciplinary action it could comeup in your BGV Report
