I'm Kalpna from Noida, and I'm working as a Sr. HR in the IT industry. Actually, in the upcoming months (6th April), we have 3 new joinings in our organization. We all have been working from home since last week due to the lockdown. Please give me suggestions on how we can manage the new joining and relieving process in the present situation.

Hi Kalpana, In current scenario we can only postponed all new joinings and there should be proper communication to the candidates.

Hello,

I am advising from my personal experience. If you have the virtual tools required to conduct onboarding or exit processes, use them. I have conducted both using virtual tools like Zoom, Teams, and for signed documents, Adobe Sign. Slight restructuring of your onboarding or exit flow would be required. Most importantly, the new hires should have access to a computer and internet connectivity.
