Dear Mini,
Rather than commenting on the draft that you have prepared, I would like to bring up an issue that has arisen following your post. Perhaps, you were inadvertently not considering this when you made the post.
It is customary for a manager to ask their junior to draft an email or letter. However, after preparing the draft, the junior is expected to present it to their manager for review. Instead of following this protocol, you have chosen to seek corrections or enhancements for your draft from a general HR forum. By not directly approaching your manager, it indicates a disconnect between you and your manager. Alternatively, it could imply a lack of confidence in your manager's drafting abilities.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Dear Dinesh,
First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your input. Furthermore, I would like to apprise you that I always aim to be impressive in my emails and calls. I asked for suggestions so that I can gather more ideas for the future on how to move things forward or explore other ways to circulate this email. I have already shared the email draft with my manager for review. However, as there is always room for improvement and learning, I decided to seek advice from professionals on Citehr as one of the options.
Thanks & Regards,
Mini Bisht
