Dear Community,

I worked in a company for 11 months (from August 2015 to July 2016). After resigning, I opted for the final settlement of my PF amount and received it.

Later, in 2017, I rejoined the same company, but the employer contributed my PF amount to a closed PF ID. Upon resigning from the company again in March 2019, I tried to apply for the final settlement once more. However, I discovered that the amount had been credited to my old closed account, and now I am unable to access the money. Despite visiting the regional PF office multiple times, no one has provided me with the exact process to withdraw my funds.

Please assist me with this matter and kindly advise if anyone is familiar with the necessary steps.

Thanks & Regards,
