LEAVE adjustment CL and EL ( Like if some one has leave balance from Jan to July Cl 5 and EL 7 and he takes 5 leaves in July (where we adjustment please help.)

The commonly followed practice among companies is that any leave which is 3 days or less can be adjusted against CL, and any leave beyond 3 days should be adjusted in EL only.
If you have sick leave and the reason for absence is due to sickness, then the same can be adjusted against SL, subject to the submission of medical proof for the illness.

As VML sir said, any continuous leave of 3 days or less can be adjusted against CL, and any leave of 4 days or more can be adjusted against EL. Casual leave refers to unplanned leave that should not be too long.
