This is an excellent method. I have to make certain modifications as per the requirement of the organisation that I am working for....We have only two kinds of leave which is AL & SL. We can carry forward the AL for the next year upto March and then whatever is balance lapses. As for SL we cannot carry forward them.
Could you please help me in modifying the file accordingly.

Expert Buddies, I request assistance in obtaining one of my required column sheets from an employee who joined the company from the date of joining until the end of the year. I need a formula that counts per month CL. Per month, CL is 1.5, so for 12 months, it would be 18 CL.
If I input just the date of joining, the count of CL should start from the current date. For example, if someone's joining date is 1.1.2022 and today's date is 23.2.2022, the CL count should be 3 CL for the employee. Please create and send me this report format.
