Sir, I applied for a PF claim. The amount was settled but returned. So, I checked and found out that my bank account is closed. I am going to update my mother's bank account in KYC online. It was approved by my company, but the online status verification shows N/A. I then resubmitted the online claim, but it was rejected, stating that it was already settled. How can I proceed with my claim?
