I need to extend my maternity leave without pay for further 6 months as my baby is small and there is nobody to take care of him. Please share extension letter format.

Is the Maternity Benefit Act applies to your Co? How many days of ML you availed, have you fully utilised them ?. What is the balance as of now (ie.when your ML fully exhausted) to the credit of your Sick leave a/c.
When did you deliver the baby?
