What should employees do when employer does not pay salary in notice period (3 months)? The employer is so cruel who took the basic right of employees to resign on their wish.
People who are scared of no relieving, are unwillingly working without salary for 3 months. And that too with lot of dramas the Hitler boss relieves unhappily.
But on the other hand, people who do not want to work for 3 months without salary because of financial commitments, will not be relieved by the employer formally. So few left serving 1 month notice period and went to Labour court and lodged complaints. There are about 10 such cases in Labour court against this company. Unfortunately, so called our developing country (India) does not take serious action unless an employee has some strong political references. It is shame on our system. People who do not have such references, have put their career at stake. Who will help them? Unwillingly, they decided to get a new job putting fake experiences. Imagine, how much it hurts when being a genuine employee, you have to buy fake experience!!!
And one of employees went legally spending 5000 rupees just to send the Hitler boss one legal notice. Further the advocate showed 50,000 expenses to fight the case. Only the God knows when will this case will be resolved. And we know how quick is the legal system in India to take action.
I always wonder that does any court (Civil/Labour) have an authority to force the employer to relieve such employees?
I request all of you here to guide those people who neither have strong political references nor big money to fight legally against the cruel employers.
