You have to collect the cash voucher which he has signed on while taking salary. Additionally, you can ask about the account transactions that have been done for the month in Tally. This way, you will have proof of the transactions.

First of all, you have to establish that your father is an employee and has been working for the last 20 years. There must be some evidence such as an ID card and leave memos, etc. If you could gather some information along with supporting evidence from co-employees, you can file a case in the Labour court. The Labour court always sides with the employee. You need not be afraid of any police case against your father. As long as you can get the support of your father's colleagues, you need not fear. Seek assistance from a good lawyer. You will receive proper redressal.
