my name is preeti and iam working as an HR Executive in an engineering college. Iam asked to prepare a performance appraissal method for all the staff members in an engineering college. which method are you using for appraisal, closed or the panel method?
first of all catogorise them to prof/ asst prof/ lecturers & non teaching
fix a slab for all 4 catagories.
anylyse their job .
if they are active in paper presentations, r&d give thema perk ,appreciate by notifying them in a gathering.
