I'm preparing for my PG exams. Pls help me with some notes, texts on following topics:
1. What is organizational effectiveness?
2. What are the factors affecting organizational effectiveness.
3. What is managerial effectiveness?
4. Who is a manager? what are his diiferent roles?
5. What are the skills of an effective manager?
6. What are the different types of managers?
I have searched a lot og google but didn t find much fruitful theories! Kindly all HR do HELP!!!

I am surprised that you could not find "Fruitful Theories" on the above by searching the web. On organizational Effectiveness there are a number of good articles at factors affecting organisational effectivenes - Google Search
