I tried that also in some site they are showing three leadership styles where as in some sites 10 types of leadership styles. I want to know the exact thing, Since i was preparing my assignment. If you mention a particular site which will give the exact details i will be thankful to you.

I studied Industrial Psychology, Personnel Management, Organizational Behaviour etc modules long ago. Just as there are different Motivational theories, there are different Leadership models. Hence, you have to read literature on those, understand the differences, digest them, and then ask a specific question.
