I joined HDB FINANCE LTD on 27 August 2018 but due to some reasons, I resigned on 8 October 2018. However, they have now sent me a full and final settlement letter stating that I must pay 11,898 rupees to the company for the recovery of the notice period. They have also mentioned that I did not sign any bonds. Please help me understand the consequences if I choose not to pay this amount. Thank you.
