Dear All,
I am employed with the HR department of a BPO. We have 6 levels of Assiociates (call centre operations) & other general staff/ Departments. I have to make Self Appraisal Forms for all the 6 levels. How do I come up with so many formats? There is always problem of repetition of questions.
I have already added the following questions in Form I:
Performance related questions.
Suggesstions etc.
Please help.
