I am the junior HR in an IT company, which is mainly into school-related software development. I have noticed that the appointment letters given to personnel in any department are very similar with minor changes. Therefore, I am seeking assistance from any senior here to provide different appointment letters for the Marketing or Sales department, Technology or IT, and for the HR department. I would be extremely grateful for your help.

Appointment letters contain, briefly yet precisely, the general terms and conditions of employment - as employment is a contract - and hence must mention the offered as well as accepted terms of employment.

The appointment letters vary in terms of differences in emoluments, designation (hierarchy), joining date, grade structure, reporting, etc. The format remains or appears to be one and the same in respect of particular organizations for the codified service rules, the code of conduct, among other concerns. A standardized format is easy and simple for reference and record purposes. Please consider what novel feature you have in mind.
