When I approving employees pending kyc, its not working and error coming : e-sing KYC up-gradation is under process"
Is there any maintenance or up-gradation work running under EPFO regarding Aadhar based E-sing.
how long that work will be in progress? Please provide information.

e sign works for DSC holder only, if the mobile no used in the signatory aadhar and the portal differs then such msgs are frequent. use the DSC in place of e sign simply

I have registered for e-sign, on epfo portal. OTP was recieved. the message recieved was your are registered for -e-sign successfully.
However, while approving the pending KYC, The message is displayed as "e-sing KYC up-gradation is under process"
Once OTP was accepted for registeration, now where is the problem/Kindly Help.

I am still struggling with same problem.It seems epfo is yet to fix the upgradation issues.Anybody pls help.

There seems to be a problem with EPFO Server. We filed 45 nominations & E-signed them. After that error message being received for E-Sign registration. Tried at EPFO Regional Office computer also. Same problem Gave feedback to EPFO & waiting for their reply. Surprisingly, I could sign one nomination where VID was already registered!

After clicking on esign you will redirect to a link where need to add virtual id( incase you don't have generate it from official site of adhar). After adding virtual id, click on check box and submit. You need to add virtual id of applicant( whose account is logged in) and then you will receive an Otp for esign. If you are getting error then login again and do the same process. You need to try again and again.
I have successfully done esign in 5th attempt.
