Hi,
I am trying to approve the KYC of a new employee in the new unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member > Approvals and click on the Approve button and have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. A popup appeared as "Approve Activity"; after waiting for 1 minute, the popup is opened as "Signature PDF" in which the digital signatory is not appearing.
I have visited the EPF office and updated with the JAVA version and Mozilla version as per the requirements. Still, I am facing the same problem. EPF personnel are stating that the problem is with DSC, but while checking with "OTCP," the DSC is recognized, and signatory details are visible.
