I Am H T krishnakumara i have applied for the PF claim through online in unified portal after adding all the details like aadhar and bank account number i have submitted for claim then after few days i got a rejecting
mail as below.
Your EPF claim has been rejected by EPFO. The details are -
Your Claim Form-19 ( BGBNG180550004710 ) has been rejected on Fri, 18 May, 2018. The rejection reason is/are-
STATE BANK OF MYSORE KYC UPDATED, PLEASE UPDATE THE SBI IFSC CODE
INCOMPLETE BANK DETAILS
after this i loged into my UAN account and tried to change my bank details with correct ifsc code in KYC but it showing an error msg like below.
This functionality will be available, once your UAN is linked to any establishment.
please suggest me what to do next to submit the claim form

While updating KYC details in UAN portal i have entered PAN details as there on my PAN card but it is saying error like name on UAN is not matching but actually name on card and UAN is same how to over come this issue please suggest
i checked my pan details in know your PAN website the diffrence i found was
on card it has : H T KRISHNAKUMARTA
On know you PAN website it is : Hosa Thalavar Krishnakumara
how to update this in KYC please suggest
