I worked for 2 years in a company. After resigning from my job, I applied for my PF claim. My UAN account was actually activated in August 2017, and I submitted my PF claim in March 2018. However, it was rejected, citing that the claim had already been settled (Note: there is a spelling mistake in "ALRADY"). How is this possible? Is there any way for me to retrieve my money? Please assist me in reclaiming it.

Check your passbook here at https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/Mem...Book/Login.jsp. If the UAN is KYC verified, then you can file online. If not, then seed Aadhaar and other KYC documents such as PAN/Bank and ask the employer to approve it by DSC, then apply.
