As an HR Executive, you are supposed to ensure:
1) Recruitment as per the required demand for personnel.
2) Attendance management of existing personnel.
3) Ensure regular feedback on manpower exits and recruitment on a daily basis as it is a security company.
4) Ensure Field Officers' reporting and performance management.
5) Schedule training at clients' places and at the training center if any.
6) Schedule payment payrolls and advances to be paid, if any, for account clearances, etc.
7) If required, compile reports for operations feedback for clients and send them.
There are many more activities. Please read your job descriptions before formulating a standard general feedback form.
