Dear Inder,
If your construction activity is completed, then along with the Notice of completion, you need to submit your RC. You also need to pay Cess as per your construction cost.

Hi, could someone guide me regarding the CLRA labor license in Haryana? My friend mentioned that now we need to obtain the labor license if the number of employees is more than 50 instead of 20. Is this information accurate? I have not come across any official notification on this matter. Kindly share the same if available.

Government of Haryana has published the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Haryana Amendment Act, 2016 on 17th October 2017. According to the amendment, the applicability of the Act for establishments and contractors has been increased from twenty employees to fifty employees.
