We have a bit of confusion regarding PF registration. Currently, we have placed 25 contract employees with different clients on our payroll. None of the employees' salaries are below 15,000 INR. I have registered for ESI as a few of the employees earn less than 21,000 INR; for the rest of them, we have provided health insurance. However, PF has not been registered yet as the employees on our payroll are placed with different clients. My company was registered in the year 2016. Do we get any exceptions for PF registration?
