Please suggest to me how to start a recruitment agency and what procedures are involved. What documents are required? I am currently working in the Gulf with a multinational company, and both my company and other big international companies are willing to provide me with visas to bring candidates from India. However, they require me to start my own manpower consultancy.

Search for a place with a suitable location; Panjim/Panaji, the capital, might be a good option. I wonder, out of all the places in India, why you are considering Goa? There are very few colleges and polytechnics in Goa compared to other states. Local Goanese youngsters prefer to stay in Goa and are reluctant to leave for other places. Many of the youth are very casual and laid-back (referred to as Susegath in Portuguese) and lead contented lives. They would rather open a small shop and settle down there than go abroad. So, you need to decide on the location. However, please remember that there are plenty of recruitment agencies in India, and you will face stiff competition. Best wishes
